We are a young family with toddler and this hotel was amazing for us! The location firstly is spot on- central to everything and near bukit bintang. The staff and service were super friendly and helped with whatever we requested without issue. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean which was great for my toddler to run around in. The breakfast selection is great. And to top off everything, those views from the rooftop pool just makes it a spectacular hotel - we went usually during the morning/afternoons and the pool was never too busy. I saw many reviews complaining about the lifts taking long- never found that an issue also. Overall brilliant choice.
