For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £80 will be charged.
A damage deposit of £150 is charged at check-in. If there is no damage, it will be refunded at check-out.
Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in each area of this villa. We mainly guarantee seclusion for the pool and sunbathing area.
Check-in to the villa is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an extra 30 Euro will be charged.
