The villa was situated on a steep slope on the other side of the mountain. However, downtown Kalkan was only a 5-minute drive away.
The owner of the villa and his son were very friendly and responded promptly to messages.
The villa's amenities were comparable to those of other villas in the area. This was our third villa booked in Kalkan in recent years.
The Wi-Fi signal and mobile network coverage were excellent. The villa is therefore also suitable for remote working.
Die Villa befand sich zwar in steiler Lage auf der anderen Seite des Berges. Jedoch war die Innenstadt von Kalkan nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.
Der Eigentümer der Villa und sein Sohn waren sehr nett und haben auf Nachrichten prompt reagiert.
Die Ausstattung der Villa war im Übrigen vergleichbar mit denjenigen anderer Villen in der Umgebung. Dies war unsere dritte Villa, die wir in Kalkan in den letzten Jahren gebucht hatten.
Das WLAN-Signal und das Mobilfunknetz waren hervorragend. Die Villa eignet sich daher auch zum Remote-Working.
The villa is comfortable and beautifully planned. There's an indoor pool and jacuzzi in front of the master bedroom. The house is very practical overall. It's well-protected. You might see it listed as Villa Anemon 2 on other websites.

The heating system in our villa's indoor pool is optional and can be activated for 1000 TL per day. Guests must specify their heating requests 3 days before arrival. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees.
Pool heating can be used continuously throughout the stay, either fully on or fully off. It is not possible to turn the heating on and off for less than the duration of the stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. A surcharge of €50 applies for check-ins after 22:00.
