The indoor pool heating system in our villa is free of charge between 1 October and 30 April. Guests must request heating 3 days prior to arrival. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees.
A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for rentals of 5 nights or less.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
Due to the geographical structure of our region, which is mountainous, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, you will be going uphill when travelling to our villas.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00. An additional fee of €30 is charged for check-ins after 22:00.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of ₺5,000 will be required by the property on arrival.
