NOTE 1: The last 250 metres of the road leading to the villa is steep.
NOTE 2: There is no screening system in front of the pool.
A cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged for rentals of 5 nights or less.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
The heating system for the indoor pool in our villa can be activated for a daily fee of 1,500 TL upon request. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees. Guests must notify us 3 days in advance if they wish to have the pool heated.
Pool heating can be used continuously throughout the stay, either fully on or fully off. There is no option for partial on/off usage during the stay.
Due to the mountainous terrain of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, the approach to the villas involves an uphill climb.
Pets are not permitted.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional fee of €50 will be charged for check-ins after 22:00.
