NOTE: The last 400 meters of the road leading to the villa is narrow, unpaved (non-asphalt), and uphill.
For stays of fewer than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is charged.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in to the villa.
The heating system in the indoor pool of our villa is optional and can be activated upon request for an additional daily fee of 1,500 TL. Guests must inform us of their pool heating request at least 3 days before the check-in date. When heating is active, the pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, access to the villas involves driving uphill.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an additional fee of €50 is charged.
