NOTE: The last 250 metres of the road leading to the villa is a dirt road.
The heating system in our villa's indoor pool can be activated upon request for a daily fee of 1250 TL. Guests must specify their heating requests 3 days prior to arrival. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees.
An additional cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays of 6 nights or less.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, you will be going uphill when travelling to our villas.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged for check-ins after 22:00.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of ₺5,000 will be required by the property on arrival.
