NOTE: The final 50 meters of the road leading to the villa consist of a steep uphill slope.
A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
A damage deposit of 6000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
Indoor pool heating is free of charge between October 1st and May 31st. The indoor pool temperature is between 25–29 °C. Guests must request pool heating at least 3 days before their arrival date.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on hillsides. Therefore, roads leading to the villas involve uphill slopes.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An extra fee of €50 is charged for check-ins after 22:00.
