NOTE 1: The last 100 meters of the road leading to the villa consists of a steep concrete road.
NOTE 2: The homeowner lives on the lower part of the garden floor of our villa. Our villa has two floors and has no connection with the homeowner. The entrances of the villa and the homeowner’s residence are completely independent from each other.
A cleaning fee of 4500 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 3000 TL is requested at check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, you will need to go uphill when going to our villas.
Check-in time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An extra €50 fee is charged for arrivals after 22:00.
