NOTE 1: The last 50 meters of the road leading to the villa is uphill.
NOTE 2: One living room and one bedroom in our villa are located separately from the main building. The entrance to this area is independent from the main entrance of the villa.
Between June 1 and September 6, a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is charged for stays of less than 6 nights; in other months, a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
A damage deposit of 7,500 TL is required upon check-in.
The indoor pool heating system in our villa is optional and can be activated for an additional fee of 1,500 TL per day. Guests must inform us of their heating request at least 3 days prior to their arrival date in order to benefit from this service. The pool temperature can reach between 27–30°C.
Pool heating can be used fully on or fully off throughout the stay. Partial on/off usage for shorter periods is not available.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, there is an uphill road when going to our villas.
Pets are not accepted.
Villa check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an additional 30 Euro fee is charged.
