NOTE 2: The last 1 km of the road leading to the villa is an unpaved (stabilized) road and not asphalt.
The heating system in the indoor pool of our villa can be activated for a weekly fee of 7,500 TL. Guests are required to inform us of their heating request at least 3 days prior to arrival. The pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
Pool heating can only be used as fully on or fully off throughout the stay. Partial use during the stay is not available.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of the region, all villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, access to the villas involves uphill roads.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an additional fee of €30 is charged.
