Hello...
We stayed for 6 days, from September 12 to 18, at Villa Karya3 (Villa Kalist3). I would like to say that we were very pleased. You reach the villa from central Kalkan via a long uphill climb; the road is pleasant. The villa is 95% secluded. It has an indoor and an outdoor pool. We asked to have the indoor pool heated; September was a little cold, as you know...
All the equipment you need is available in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and meal service is available if you wish. There is a small shopping area 6 km downhill where you can take care of your grocery, water, and butcher needs.
We would like to sincerely thank Muzaffer Bey, who looks after the house, and his wife. They are extremely attentive in every respect.
The outdoor pool is an ideal size. The pool, living room, and bedroom have a wonderful view. If you like a quiet, clean pool holiday where your privacy is respected, this villa is ideal.
There is a women-only beach in central Kaş, and the sea is very beautiful and enjoyable to swim in. It is 1 hour from the villa. I definitely recommend it; when you come to Antalya, swimming in the sea is wonderful too. I hope my review has been helpful to those who would like to come.

12-18 Eylül tarihlerinde 6 gün konakladık Villa Karya3 (Villa Kalist3) de. Çok memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek isterim. Kalkan merkezden uzun bir tırmanışla villaya ulaşılıyor, yol keyifli. Villa yüzde 95 korunaklı. Açık ve kapalı havuzu var. Biz kapalı havuza ısıtma istedik Eylül biraz soğuktu malum..
Evde tüm ekipmanlar mevcut.. Mutfak tam donanımlı, dilerseniz yemek servisi var. 6 km aşağıda küçük bir çarşı var ve market, su, kasap ihtiyacınızı görebiliyorsunuz.
Ev ile ilgilenen görevli Muzaffer Bey ve eşine içtenlikle teşekkür ederiz. Her konuda son derece ilgililer.
Dış havuz büyüklüğü çok ideal. Havuz, salon, yatak odası muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip. Gürültüsüz, temiz, mahremiyetin korunduğu ve havuz tatili seviyorsanız bu villa ideal.
Kaş merkezde kadınlara özel bir plaj mevcut ve denizi çok güzel, yüzmesi keyifli. Villaya 1 saat mesafede. Kesinlikle tavsiyedir; Antalya’ya gelip de deniz suyunda da yüzmek muhteşem oluyor. Umarım gelmek isteyenlere faydalı olmuştur yorumum

NOTE: The last 1 kilometer of the road leading to the villa consists of a steep and narrow road.
For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in.
The indoor pool heating system in our villa is optional and can be activated for 2,000 TL per day upon request. Guests must notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if they wish to use this service. When activated, the pool water temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
Pool heating can be used either fully on or fully off throughout the entire stay. Partial use during the stay is not available.
Pets are not accepted.
Villa check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an additional €50 fee is charged.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, there is an uphill road when going to our villas.
