NOTE: The last 600 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized road (not asphalt).
The heating system in the indoor pool of our villa is included in the price between November 01 - March 31. If requested on other dates, it is activated for 1000 TL per day. Guests are required to specify their heating requests 3 days before check-in. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees.
4000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 8000 TL is requested at the entrance to the villa.
Pets are not accepted.
In our region, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on the slope. For this reason, it goes uphill on the way to our villas.
The entrance time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An extra €50 fee is charged for entries after 22:00.
