Four Mansions Hotel

We were very pleased with our hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We were met at the airport by a private transfer at 3 a.m., which was a great convenience for us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy.

What we liked most was that the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Everyone we encountered over the three days was very kind and attentive.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Kayseri Square. Thank you very much for everything; we would definitely choose it again.

Otelimizden çok memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. Gece saat 3’te havalimanından özel transfer ile karşılandık, bu bizim için çok büyük bir kolaylıktı. Odamız çok geniş, konforlu ve rahattı.

En çok da personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever olmasını sevdik. Üç gün boyunca karşılaştığımız herkes çok nazik ve ilgiliydi.

Kayseri Meydanı’na yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakika mesafede. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service provided was fantastic. We were very pleased; we felt right at home. Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much to everyone involved. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sunulan hizmet muhteşemdi. Çok memnun kaldık; kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey ayrı ayrı çok güzeldi. Emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim. Bir daha geldiğimde yine burada konaklayacağım.

All the hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very sweet. The hotel owner, Ms. Nurten, was also a very pleasant person to talk to. The room amenities were adequate and of good quality. I had originally preferred a deluxe room; however, because there was live music near my room, they offered to upgrade me to a suite without me even asking. This approach was very valuable to me.

The TV in the room had internet access. The hotel has a heated area where you can have tea and coffee, and a designated smoking area. There is also a small but pleasant library; these areas make spending time at the hotel quite enjoyable.

For those coming for skiing, they offer a shuttle service that takes you to Erciyes at 11:00 AM and back at 6:00 PM for 500 TL per day. This is a very practical option.

The evening meals were also delicious. It was a very enjoyable holiday for me, and the hotel played a big role in that. They offered a small box of rose-flavored Turkish delight when we checked out; it tasted really good.

Otelin tüm personeli son derece yardımcı, güler yüzlü ve çok tatlıydı. Otel sahibi Nurten Hanım ise oldukça hoşsohbet biriydi. Oda olanakları yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Normalde delüks oda tercih etmiştim; ancak odamın yakınında canlı müzik sesi olduğu için, ben herhangi bir talepte bulunmadan kendileri suit odaya yükseltmeyi teklif ettiler. Bu yaklaşım benim için çok kıymetliydi.

Odadaki televizyonda internet bağlantısı bulunuyordu. Otelin içerisinde sobalı, çay ve kahve içebileceğiniz, sigara kullanımı için uygun bir alan mevcut. Ayrıca küçük ama keyifli bir kütüphanesi de var; bu alanlar otelde vakit geçirmeyi oldukça keyifli hale getiriyor.

Kayak için gelenler adına, sabah saat 11.00’de Erciyes’e götüren ve akşam saat 18.00’de geri getiren, günlük 500₺ ücretli servisleri çağırabiliyorlar. Bu da oldukça pratik bir imkân sağlıyor.

Akşam yemekleri de lezzetliydi. Benim için çok keyifli bir tatildi ve bunda otelin etkisi büyüktü. Çıkış yaparken küçük bir kutu içerisinde gül lokumu ikram ettiler; tadı da gerçekten çok güzeldi.
