The location, the atmosphere, the breakfast and meal options, the pools, and the Turkish bath/sauna at the palace are all great. We went in December and stayed in the valley houses; it was very crowded, but breakfast and meals are always available in the restaurant. Some reviews have made negative comments about the food, but everyone's taste and preferences are different. The restaurant has sufficient staff, and the service and hygiene are good. Access from the valley houses to the pools and the palace restaurant is very well thought out with escalators and moving walkways. You can easily reach your destination within the resort without going outside or getting tired. You can also get what you need from the markets within the resort.
