This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Pool access is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to cleaning and inspection, this property's outdoor seasonal pool is not available from 2-3 PM daily. Guests parking onsite will need to leave their car keys at the front desk in case the property needs to move their car during stay.

• The seasonal pool will be open from March 21 to October 14.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
