The hotel is located in the Old City, right in the covered ancient market, about 8 minutes from the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The people there are very respectful and provide whatever guests ask for. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the hotel itself is also clean. There is a rooftop on the upper floor with wonderful views of the Old City; it lacks some amenities, but it is truly beautiful. In the end, I say: thank you Abu Dawood, thank you Islam—I really liked you and I loved your hotel!
A great place in the heart of the Old City, with a relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. Good to feel the "vibes" of hadj minded travellers, willing to communicate with whoever has an open mind approach! The hotel would lose its charme if things were totally adapted to European hotel standards. Those who just look for "a hotel just as all" should go stay elsewhere and leave travellers in Hashimi enjoy the special charm it has.
