3000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 4 nights.
A damage deposit of 2000 TL is requested at the entrance to the villa.
Pets are not accepted.
In our region, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on the slope. For this reason, it is uphill on the way to our villas.
The entrance time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. Extra €50 fee is charged for entries after 22:00.
